Next, we confirm your preferred payment method with you directly — PayID/Osko, Bank Transfer (also via Osko), or crypto. Only once that's confirmed do we send the actual tax invoice, which carries the exact payment details for that method (a PayID or BSB/account number, or a wallet address) along with your order reference to quote.
Payment clears, and printing starts. For an order under production timelines (a fixed shoot or event date), quoting that date in your order notes helps us schedule the print run correctly — everything is printed to order, not pulled from generic pre-made stock.
Once your order ships, a tracking number lands in your inbox and you can follow it through Australia Post the same as any other tracked parcel, right to the door.
At every step — order confirmation, payment method confirmation, tax invoice, dispatch — you get an email, so there's always a written record of exactly where the order stands.
