Is there a minimum order?
Yes — $350 AUD (goods subtotal, before any crypto discount). Below that the order request cannot be sent; add another stack or pack to reach it. Production and wholesale orders are quoted separately.
Why isn't there a card payment option yet?
Card payment is not offered at the moment. We accept PayID/Osko, Bank Transfer (also via Osko), and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, XRP, LTC, DOGE, BCH, TRX) with a 10% discount on the goods subtotal. Wallet addresses and QR codes appear when you choose crypto at checkout; PayID and bank details are provided once your order is placed and the method is confirmed.
Is my cart saved if I close the browser?
Yes — cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage and will still be there when you return, unless you clear site data.
Can I request custom serial numbers on my order?
No — every note uses a system-assigned placeholder serial. Custom or buyer-specified serials are not offered on any product.
